Order Lifecycle
Every BDX order follows a clear, protected lifecycle.
Order Stages​
| Stage | Description |
|---|---|
| Placed | Buyer selects an offer and submits payment proof. |
| Payment Verified | BDX admin verifies the payment. Seller is notified. |
| Delivering | Seller prepares and delivers the digital goods. |
| Delivered | Seller marks the order as delivered. 7-day protection begins. |
| Protection Period | Buyer has 7 days to verify the item and confirm or dispute. |
| Completed | Buyer confirms receipt, or 7 days pass with no dispute. Funds released to seller. |
| Disputed | Buyer opened a dispute. Seller has 24 hours to respond. |
| Refunded | Admin resolved the dispute in buyer's favor. Funds returned. |
Key Rules​
- Buyer pays BDX first — never pay the seller directly.
- 7-day protection starts when the seller marks as delivered.
- Auto-completion happens if the buyer takes no action for 7 days.
- Disputes must be opened within the 7-day window.
