Auto-Completion ā If a buyer takes no action within 7 days of delivery, the order automatically completes and funds are released to the seller.
BDX Balance ā The buyer's internal wallet balance on BDX, used for receiving refunds.
Buyer Protection ā The 7-day window after delivery where the buyer can verify their purchase and open a dispute if needed.
Commission ā The percentage BDX deducts from each sale. Rates are category-based (4ā8%).
Dispute ā A formal complaint opened by a buyer when a delivery is incorrect, invalid, or missing.
Escrow ā BDX holds the buyer's payment securely until delivery is confirmed. The seller never receives payment before delivering.

Hub ā A curated product page on BDX that groups all seller offers for a specific game or service.
Listing ā A seller's offer for a specific digital product or service, visible in the public marketplace.
Normal Seller ā Default seller status upon registration. No verification badge.
Offer ā A specific listing from a seller, including price, description, and delivery terms.
PāZā
Payout ā The process of withdrawing funds from your BDX seller wallet to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Bank Transfer. Minimum 500 BDT, processed twice weekly.
Post-Moderation ā Listings go live instantly but are reviewed by BDX admins after publication. Violations result in removal or seller restrictions.
Protection Period ā The 7 days after delivery where the buyer can confirm receipt or open a dispute.
Seller Wallet ā The seller's internal balance on BDX where completed order funds accumulate before payout.
Verified Seller ā Sellers who complete identity and business verification receive a trusted badge on their profile and listings.
