Is BDX free to use? Yes. Registration is free for buyers and sellers. There are no listing fees or subscription fees. BDX earns a small category-based commission (4–8%) only on completed sales.
Buying​
How am I protected as a buyer? Every purchase is backed by BDX's 7-day escrow protection. Your payment is held securely until you confirm the delivery is correct. If something goes wrong, open a dispute for a full refund.
What payment methods are accepted? bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Bank Transfer.
What if my order is never delivered? Open a dispute from your order page. If the seller doesn't respond within 24 hours, BDX admins will issue a full refund.
Can I contact the seller before buying? Yes. Use the chat feature to message any seller before making a purchase.
Selling​
Who can sell on BDX? Anyone in Bangladesh can register as a seller and list digital products instantly.
How do I get paid? Funds are released to your BDX seller wallet after the buyer confirms delivery (or after the 7-day auto-completion). You can withdraw to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Bank Transfer with a minimum payout of 500 BDT.
How often are payouts processed? Twice weekly — Mondays and Thursdays.
What commission does BDX take? Commission is category-based, ranging from 4% to 8% with an average of ~5%. It's automatically deducted when funds are released to your wallet.
Disputes & Safety​
How do I open a dispute? Go to your order page and click "Open Dispute" within the 7-day protection window. Provide screenshots or evidence of the issue.
What happens if the seller doesn't respond to my dispute? If the seller fails to respond within 24 hours, BDX admins can issue a full refund to your BDX wallet.
Is off-platform trading protected? No. BDX protection applies only to transactions completed through the BDX platform. Any payment or contact shared outside BDX voids your protection.
