Payout Methods & Supported Financial Channels
BDX.market provides Bangladeshi digital sellers with direct, localized disbursement options. To ensure every seller from individual gamers to registered merchants can withdraw their net earnings safely and reliably, BDX integrates four primary payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Bank Transfer.
This document details the mechanics, configuration requirements, validation rules, and operational guidelines for each payout method supported in the BDX ecosystem.
1. Overview of Supported Payout Channels
When submitting a withdrawal request through the Seller Dashboard, sellers choose from four supported payment channels:
| Payout Method | Type | Channel Identifier | Min Withdrawal | Processing Window | Account Format Requirements |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| bKash | Mobile Financial Service (MFS) | bkash | 500 BDT | 1–2 Business Days (Batch: Mon/Thu) | 11-digit Bangladeshi mobile number (017xxxxxxxx, 018xxxxxxxx, etc.) |
| Nagad | Mobile Financial Service (MFS) | nagad | 500 BDT | 1–2 Business Days (Batch: Mon/Thu) | 11-digit Bangladeshi mobile number (013xxxxxxxx, 019xxxxxxxx, etc.) |
| Rocket | Mobile Financial Service (MFS) | rocket | 500 BDT | 1–2 Business Days (Batch: Mon/Thu) | 11-12 digit account number (including check digit if applicable) |
| Bank Transfer | Electronic Fund Transfer (BEFTN/NPSB) | bank | 500 BDT | 1–2 Business Days (BEFTN clearing dependent) | Bank Name, Branch, Account Holder Name, Account Number, Routing Code |
All payout operations are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Minimum withdrawal thresholds apply equally across all four channels.
2. Validation & Account Safeguards
BDX enforces strict validation and security policies before accepting a payout request into the processing queue:
Payout Request Requirements
- Minimum Withdrawal: 500 BDT minimum balance required per withdrawal request.
- Valid Channels: Payout channel must be one of
bkash,nagad,rocket, orbank. - Account Number / Identifier:
- For MFS (
bkash, nagad, rocket), this represents the personal or merchant MFS account number receiving funds. - For
bank, this field stores the primary account number and routing information.
- For MFS (
- Account Label: An optional human-readable tag (e.g., "Personal bKash", "Dutch-Bangla Bank Business Account", "Nagad Merchant") to help sellers organize multiple saved withdrawal targets.
3. Account Ownership & Identity Verification Safety
Because money leaves BDX ecosystem accounts for external financial institutions, identity matching is non-negotiable. BDX prevents fraud and unauthorized account drains through account verification checks:
- The seller profile must complete required identity verification steps before payout requests are unlocked.
- The name on the destination bank account or MFS account must match or be verified against the seller's verified identity credentials.
- Attempting to submit a payout request without passing verification alerts the seller to complete identity verification first.
4. Operational Breakdown by Channel
Mobile Financial Services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket)
MFS channels are the preferred method for standard sellers due to rapid clearance once dispatched by BDX operations.
Seller Requirements for MFS:
- Mobile numbers must be active and capable of receiving Cash-In / B2C balance additions.
- Ensure the account does not exceed its monthly MFS transaction limit. If an MFS transaction fails due to recipient wallet limits, support staff contact the seller for alternative account details or restore the funds to the seller's available balance.
Bank Transfers (BEFTN / NPSB)
For high-volume merchants withdrawing large sums, traditional bank transfer is available.
- Supported Banks: All Bangladesh Bank authorized scheduled commercial banks (e.g., Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank Bangladesh, BRAC Bank, Eastern Bank, City Bank).
- Details Required: Sellers selecting bank transfer must supply complete bank information:
- Account Title / Holder Name
- Bank Name & Branch Name
- 9-digit Routing Number
- Account Number
- Clearing Timeline: Bank transfers processed via Bangladesh Electronic Funds Transfer Network (BEFTN) may take up to 24–48 hours to reflect in the destination bank account following administrative disbursement.
5. Security & Protection Controls
Payout operations are guarded by strict security protections:
- Request Rate Limits: Limits prevent rapid-fire automated submission loops and double-click mistakes.
- Concurrency & Double-Spend Locks: Systems lock seller wallet balances during payout requests to prevent double-spending.
6. Best Practices for BDX Sellers
- Verify Account Numbers Twice: Double-check your 11-digit MFS mobile number or bank details before clicking submit. Transfers sent to incorrect account details provided by the seller cannot be reversed.
- Use Clear Labels: Add an account label (e.g., "Main DBBL Savings Account") to streamline record-keeping.
- Consolidate Withdrawals: Combine multiple completed order revenues into larger twice-weekly batch requests.
- Monitor Order Disputes: Ensure your account has no active open buyer disputes that could lock your balance prior to payout execution.
