Trust is the single most critical factor in digital marketplace transactions. To give buyers confidence when purchasing high-value game accounts, top-ups, and serial keys, BDX Marketplace enforces an objective, performance-driven badge and trust system. Sellers earn the Verified Seller badge by establishing real delivery velocity, maintaining low dispute rates, and building positive customer feedback.
1. BDX Seller Badge Tiers​
BDX features two clear seller classification tiers across catalog offer tables, storefront headers, and chat interfaces:

Normal Seller:
- Default tier assigned to newly registered sellers upon profile creation.
- Entitled to list products within default free listing limits.
- Displays a standard store indicator on offer cards.

- Awarded automatically when a seller achieves 500 Trust Points via performance metrics.
- Displays a distinctive Verified Checkmark Badge across search results, product hub tables, and order chat headers.
- Unlocks higher live offer publication limits and elevated buyer placement in seller comparison tables.
2. Trust Score Formula & Point Matrix​
The BDX Trust Score is calculated dynamically from real completed transactions, buyer reviews, and dispute records.
Total Score = Delivery Points + Review Points - Refund Deductions - Complaint Deductions

- Seller Dashboard Tracker: Sellers can monitor their exact points and progress bar under their Seller Dashboard performance tab.
- Automated Badge Distribution: When an eligible seller reaches or exceeds 500 trust points, the system automatically awards the Verified Seller badge.
- Badge Maintenance: If severe penalties (such as negative reviews or verified complaints) pull a seller's score below 500 points, the badge status is automatically re-evaluated to maintain badge integrity.
4. Visibility & Badging Across the Marketplace​
Verified Seller status is surfaced throughout the BDX marketplace:
- Offer Comparison Grids: Verified sellers are highlighted with a distinct verification badge icon, signaling immediate trustworthiness.
- Order Chat Workspace: Buyer chat threads display verification titles to reassure buyers during account and code handoffs.
- Notifications: When a seller crosses the 500-point threshold and receives the badge, BDX sends an automated alert and email congratulating the seller.
