To protect our community, ensure compliance with Bangladeshi cyber laws, and maintain publisher terms of service, BDX strictly enforces rules regarding what items may be listed on our platform.
🚫 Absolutely Prohibited Categories & Products
The following categories of products, services, and digital assets are strictly forbidden from being listed, advertised, or traded on BDX under any circumstances:
1. Illegal, Fraudulent, or Unauthorized Accounts & Credentials
- Stolen / Phished Accounts: Any game account, social media handle, or digital service access obtained through unauthorized access, phishing, credential stuffing, or malware.
- Cracked or Hacked Software: Pirated game clients, cracked software installers, unauthorized license keys, keygens, or stolen enterprise keys.
- Accounts Created with Stolen Credit Cards / BIN Methods: Accounts, top-ups, or subscriptions funded using illegal credit card BIN tricks, carding methods, or fraudulent refund exploits.
2. Cheats, Exploits, Hacks, & Unfair Advantage Software
- Game Hacks & Cheating Software: Aimbots, wallhacks, ESP scripts, radar hacks, macro scripts, or injected software for competitive online titles (e.g., Valorant, PUBG Mobile, Free Fire, CS2, Call of Duty).
- Duplication & Economy Exploits: Software, glitches, or instructions designed to duplicate in-game currency, bypass anti-cheat protections (Vanguard, Ricochet, EAC), or crash game servers.
3. Malicious Digital Tools & Cyber Threats
- Malware & Hacking Tools: RATs (Remote Access Trojans), keyloggers, botnet access, stressers/DDoS booters, phishing kits, or vulnerability exploit scripts.
- Personal Data & Doxxing Lists: Databases containing personally identifiable information (PII), phone number leads, national ID data, or leaked credentials.
4. Financial & Regulatory Violations
- Real Cryptocurrency & Forex Assets: Unauthorized cryptocurrency exchanges, direct selling of crypto coins (BTC, USDT), or illegal forex trading services violating Bangladesh Bank foreign exchange regulations.
- Gambling & Betting Accounts/Credits: Accounts, points, or top-ups for online casinos, betting platforms, or sports gambling sites.
- Illegal Financial Documents: Fraudulent bank statements, fake utility bills, counterfeit NID/passport scans, or fake business documents.
5. Adult Content & Inappropriate Material
- Accounts, memberships, or digital media access containing pornographic, sexually explicit, or non-consensual material.

Certain digital goods are permitted on BDX only when listed under specific conditions, transparent disclaimers, and strictly in designated catalog categories:

1. Shared / Offline Game Access Accounts
- Permitted Terms: Shared Steam, Epic Games, or console accounts providing controlled offline single-player access (e.g., story-mode titles) are permitted.
- Mandatory Requirements: Sellers must explicitly declare in the listing title and offer description:
- That the product is Offline Access Only.
- That the buyer is not purchasing full account ownership.
- The exact Denuvo DRM / activation limits or queue expectations.
- Prohibited Behavior: Selling shared accounts as "Full Access Personal Accounts" or hiding DRM limitations is strictly forbidden and results in instant listing removal and buyer refunds.
2. Game Account Sales (Full Access)
- Permitted Terms: Transferring ownership of personal game accounts (e.g., Valorant, League of Legends, Clash of Clans) is permitted.
- Mandatory Requirements: Sellers must guarantee full email access handover (changeable email address or original email included), zero recovery links, and a minimum warranty period as declared in the category rules.
3. In-Game Currency & Boosting Services
- Permitted Terms: In-game gold, coins, diamonds, and game boosting/leveling services are allowed.
- Mandatory Requirements: Services must be performed legitimately without the use of third-party cheats, botting software, or region-exploit top-up methods that put buyer accounts at risk of bans.

BDX employs a multi-tiered listing review system combining automated filters, community flags, and admin moderation:
1. Instant Listing & Moderation Workflow
- Post-Publication Moderation: New seller listings go live instantly to facilitate fast trading, but are subjected to post-publication automated background scanning (
App\Support\BdxBuyerRequestSafety/ScanBuyerRequestOfferSafety) and manual Filament Admin moderation sweeps. - Automated Scanning: Listings containing prohibited keywords (e.g., "cheat", "aimbot", "cracked", "carded", "hack", "bin method") are automatically hidden and flagged for admin review.

📢 Reporting Prohibited Listings
Community vigilance helps maintain BDX quality. If you spot a listing offering cheats, stolen accounts, or prohibited items:
- Click the Report Listing flag icon on any offer page.
- Select the appropriate reason (Prohibited Item, Cheats/Hacks, Misleading Description, Fraud Risk).
- Submit details. BDX moderation reviews flagged listings within 4 hours.
