BDX supports modern authentication methods to keep your account secure.

Securing Your Account​

  • Strong Password: Use a unique, strong password for your BDX account.
  • Two-Factor Authentication: Enable 2FA for an extra layer of security (see Two-Factor Auth).
  • Trusted Devices: Only log in from devices you trust and own.
  • Session Management: Review and revoke active sessions from your account settings.

Tips​

  • Never share your login credentials with anyone.
  • BDX staff will never ask for your password.
  • If you suspect unauthorized access, change your password immediately and contact support.
