Secure Digital Vault

BDX uses a secure vault system to protect digital goods during the delivery process.

How It Works

1. Seller Uploads: When a seller delivers a digital product (game key, account credentials, license code, etc.), it is stored securely within BDX's delivery system.
2. Encrypted Storage: All sensitive delivery data is encrypted and only accessible to the buyer after purchase confirmation.
3. Access Control: Only the buyer and the seller involved in the transaction can view the delivered content.
4. Time-Limited: Delivery content is available for the duration of the buyer protection period (7 days after delivery).

Buyer Tips

• Download or save your delivered items promptly after purchase.
• If you cannot access your delivery, contact the seller via the order chat.
• If delivery content appears invalid, open a dispute within the 7-day protection window.
